- Manage the sales cycle, maintain existing client relationships, develop new clients, and negotiate new contracts
- Lead the development of customer segmentation strategies and targeted marketing initiatives
- Actively engage in problem resolution for customer orders
- Enter and process orders within an internal database for order management
- Run reports in Microsoft Excel and analyze for accuracy
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and making data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze data related to customer orders, product performance, and market dynamics
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape in the nuclear medicine and radiopharmaceutical industry
- Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies, campaigns, and product positioning to drive growth and increase market shareQualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree, Master's degree Preferred. In lieu of degree, a minimum of 15 years experience in a legal/contracts position focused in pharmaceutical, nuclear or other highly regulated field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience relevant nuclear medicine or other related technology
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or isotope distribution
- Demonstrated experience considering the organizational impacts of decisions then making the right decision(s) for the entire organization, even if it limits the immediate teams' goals
