- Executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets in the US
- Building strong relationships with strategic prospects
- Being accountable for the Key Sales Processes in the US (pipeline reviews, Monthly KPIs and Quarterly sales Forecasts)
- Managing Sales Team in the US office
- Working with the Global Marketing Department leading on campaign plans like launches, lead generation, sales generation, awareness
- Working closely with the marketing team to set local events in the US

- Collaborating with the Marketing Team for the Online and Offline Events
- Collaborating with the Director of Professional Services for resource allocation and customer success
- Experience managing Sales Team
- Proven experience inselling professional services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal teams, Engineering Departments, external vendors, and partners
- Great negotiation skills and presentation skills
- Knowledgeable and passionate about software and engineering products
- Good understanding of the new product development processes
- Objectivity and openness to others' views while continuously building a positive team spirit

- Salary range: OTE $180 220K (Depending on experience)

Witekio US is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager who will be responsible for managing and overseeing sales operations in the US and looking for a diverse range of solutions to support our growth strategy.
This is a very hands-on, multi-disciplinary and dynamic position, requiring close collaboration with the Witekio Marketing and Sales teams, as well as local Partners.
The role will involve adapting sales strategy for North America and executing business development activities with the support of the local teams and the Global Marketing Department. Please note you need to be based in Washington State and be quite flexible with frequent office visits and frequent travel to potential clients.
The ideal candidate is passionate about people, curious about technology and the use of technology services.
