    Senior Business Development Manager at Witekio - Professional Services - North America

    Seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager eager for a new challenge in a cutting-edge software company and to transition into a Director role.

    Witekio, a division of Avnet - a prominent Fortune 500 organization, collaborates with device manufacturers to bring their innovations to fruition through top-notch software solutions.

    With over two decades of expertise and a dedicated team of 180+ skilled engineers, we cater to diverse industries, assisting clients in expediting time-to-market, enhancing product quality, and mitigating project risks. Embracing a problem-solving approach with design and technology, we specialize in full-stack, edge-to-cloud embedded development services.

    The Seattle branch has successfully served 150+ customers in the past decade. While our headquarters are in France, we also maintain offices in the UK and Germany.

    Witekio US is currently on the lookout for a Senior Business Development Manager to lead and supervise sales operations in the US, exploring a wide array of solutions to bolster our growth strategies.

    This role is hands-on, interdisciplinary, and dynamic, necessitating close collaboration with Witekio's Marketing and Sales teams, along with local Partners.

    The position entails tailoring sales strategies for North America and implementing business development initiatives with the backing of local teams and the Global Marketing Department. Applicants must be based in Washington State, prepared for regular office visits, and frequent travels to engage potential clients.

    Key Job Responsibilities:

    • Formulating and executing a strategic plan to meet sales targets in the US
    • Cultivating robust relationships with key prospects
    • Oversight of essential Sales Processes in the US (pipeline reviews, Monthly KPI's, and Quarterly sales Forecasts)
    • Supervising the Sales Team at the US office
    • Collaborating with the Global Marketing Department to spearhead campaign strategies such as launches, lead generation, sales enhancement, and brand visibility
    • Working closely with the marketing team to organize local events in the US

    Main Performance Indicators:

    • Aggregate sales closure in the US
    • New Business acquisitions in the US (up-sells, cross-sales, new projects & clients)

    Interdepartmental Engagement:

    • Direct reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing
    • Supervising Business Development and Account Management in the US
    • Collaboration with the Marketing Team for Online and Offline Events
    • Coordination with the Director of Professional Services for resource allocation and ensuring customer success

    Successful candidates will possess:

    • Experience in managing Sales Teams
    • Demonstrated success in selling professional services
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with internal teams, Engineering Departments, external vendors, and partners
    • Proficiency in negotiation and presentation skills
    • In-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for software and engineering products
    • Sound understanding of new product development processes
    • Objectivity, willingness to consider diverse perspectives while fostering a positive team spirit
    • A attentive listener capable of assertiveness in varied scenarios
    • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within an international team setting
    • Proficiency in consultative selling techniques
    • Capability to navigate diverse CRM tools competently
