- Formulating and executing a strategic plan to meet sales targets in the US
- Cultivating robust relationships with key prospects
- Oversight of essential Sales Processes in the US (pipeline reviews, Monthly KPI's, and Quarterly sales Forecasts)
- Supervising the Sales Team at the US office
- Collaborating with the Global Marketing Department to spearhead campaign strategies such as launches, lead generation, sales enhancement, and brand visibility
- Working closely with the marketing team to organize local events in the US
- Aggregate sales closure in the US
- New Business acquisitions in the US (up-sells, cross-sales, new projects & clients)
- Direct reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing
- Supervising Business Development and Account Management in the US
- Collaboration with the Marketing Team for Online and Offline Events
- Coordination with the Director of Professional Services for resource allocation and ensuring customer success
- Experience in managing Sales Teams
- Demonstrated success in selling professional services
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with internal teams, Engineering Departments, external vendors, and partners
- Proficiency in negotiation and presentation skills

Witekio US is currently on the lookout for a Senior Business Development Manager to lead and supervise sales operations in the US, exploring a wide array of solutions to bolster our growth strategies.
This role is hands-on, interdisciplinary, and dynamic, necessitating close collaboration with Witekio's Marketing and Sales teams, along with local Partners.
