Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Roofing Sales Representative to join our team This position consists of challenging, yet extremely rewarding work.
Some say it is the best job they have ever had.You will be working with property owners that may have sustained damage from storms or just have old roofs ready to be replaced and helping them through the whole process of restoring their property from beginning to end.
This is not an office job you will be out and about most of the day. All of our reps have the technology to work away from our central office.We are looking for an individual that is trustworthy, motivated, and fits in with our company culture. We are a cohesive and self motivated group of hard working individuals.
For the right person that is willing to put in the hard work we will provide all necessary training and tools to be successful.
You will learn the tips and tricks of success from seasoned individuals that have been successful in the roofing industry for will over a decade.
We have systems and processes in place to set you up for success from day one. We are looking for a very specific type of individual.If you are not self-motivated, open minded, willing to learn and train daily, or have a tendency to be complacent please do not apply.
If chosen to be a part of our team you will receive access to our business coach that will help you grow not only in business, but your life outside of work as well.
We perform all trades on the exterior of a home, so having the ability to sell everything is a significant advantage in the market.
