    Field Sales Representative at Denver Metro Tilray Beer

    Tilray Beer, a division of Tilray Brands Inc., is looking for outgoing, dependable, organized, and motivated individuals who are passionate about craft beer to boost sales in key markets.     Summary:

    • Selling: Identify opportunities to increase sales and collaborate with distributors and retailers.
    • Analysis: Use tools like VIP or Encompass to spot sales trends and drive business growth.
    • Relationship Building: Establish strong connections with Distributor Partners, Key Retailers, and the local community to drive growth.
    • Planning: Organize and meticulously plan annual and trimester strategies to meet goals.
    • Communication: Clearly communicate expectations to all stakeholders.
    • Accountability: Manage daily operations actively to achieve volume goals and monitor budgets.
    • Execution: Ensure flawless execution of both on- and off-premise programs in various outlets.
    • Quality: Monitor inventory levels, supervise seasonal transitions, and conduct Quality Audits to ensure product freshness.

    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience in the Beverage Distribution or Brewery industry.
    • Proficiency in sales analytical tools such as VIP or Encompass.
    • College degree preferred.
