    As the Access Program Administrator, you will be managing providers' schedules.

    You will be joining a team of analysts supporting our scheduling workflow tools, and a program administratorthat supports our Shared Medical Appointments.

    This role will drive improved continuity of service for providers and administratorsthat rely on this work. Effective template management unlocks an underutilized capacity to help drive patient experience andour goals. Initially, this role will be working with our Florida market templates.

    This role is primarily work from home, but there is the expectation of working onsite and traveling to Florida when required.

    Responsibilities:


    Leads the development, implementation and maintenance of the organizational and managerial expertise necessary to support high functioning programs in any combination of the following areas: research, quality and patient safety and/or specific Institute/Division initiatives.

    Performs analysis, compiles data and advises the Department Chairs relative to long-range planning strategies, department organization, financial forecasting, personnel management, patient relations, space and equipment, marketing strategies and external institution relations.

    Ensures department is properly staffed with skilled and trained support personnel.
    Effectively schedules staff to ensures coverage of all department functions.
    Provides orientation to new employees consistent with Foundation and Joint Commission guidelines.

    Prepares, manages and monitors the annual budget including projecting patient levels, revenue, technical and professional fees, equipment expenditures, staff and employee growth and space and remodeling needs.

    Plans, develops and executes marketing analysis to determine the department market position; interprets findings and makes recommendations.

    Makes decisions regarding employment, compensation, promotions, transfers, disciplinary actions and terminations; conduct performance evaluations, provide career development and educational opportunity counseling to employees.

    Guides and advises employees in more complex aspects of their work.
    Other duties as assigned.


    Education:
    Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Science or a related field required.

    Master's Degree in health services research and administration, business or a related discipline preferred and may offset some of the experience requirement.

    Requires knowledge of budgeting, cost analysis, manpower planning, supervision and operational analysis.

    Must be self-directed with demonstrated ability to work independently, yet establish cooperative relationships with colleagues.
    Must have strong organizational, communication and analytical skills.
    Ability to direct and evaluate the efforts of others.


    Work Experience:


    Minimum five years' relevant experience including a minimum of two years managing large anizational, personnel and financial management experience required.

    Health care experience preferred.


    Physical Requirements:
    Manual dexterity in order to perform keyboard functions.
    Requires frequent computer entry, sitting and walking to attend meetings.

    Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for proceduresPay RangeMinimum hourly: $44.53Maximum hourly: $67.92The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires.

    While the pay range is displayed as an hourly rate, Cleveland Clinic recruiters will clarify whether the compensation is hourly or salary.

    A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set, and education.

    This is not inclusive of the value of Cleveland Clinic's benefits package, which includes among other benefits, healthcare/dental/vision and retirement.
