    Position Summary/Essential Duties:
    ·

    Assists, tracks, and organizes ACGME residency or fellowship related administrative activities through applying fundamental knowledge in conjunction with the Program Director
    ·

    May provide administrative support such as calendaring, meeting scheduling, and event planning related to program needs for the Program Director
    ·

    Coordinate Medical Student Rotations and Resident as Teacher Functions
    ·

    Assist with House Staff Budget
    ·

    Has advanced knowledge of GME interface with legal, HR and other offices
    ·

    Understand and apply concepts of assessment to curriculum development
    ·

    Facilitates data analysis for continuous improvement
    ·

    Designs and tracks faculty development in partnership with the program director

    Qualifications:

    Education.
    Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.

    Required Credentials, License, and / or Certifications.
    TAGME Certification preferred


    Experience & Knowledge:
    ·

    1-2 years of experience working in an academic setting, preferably in a residency program.
    ·

    Demonstrated ability to implement and monitor change


    Special Skills & Equipment Knowledge:
    ·

    Demonstrated strong organizational, attention to detail and accuracy skill set
    ·

    Computer skills, including Word, Excel and Power Point
    ·

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    ·

    Excellent interpersonal skills
    ·

    Understanding of curricular design and faculty development
