A large financial institution in Hamburg is seeking employees (m/f/d) in the commercial sector in Bedford, OH.
Your responsibilities:
- Handling personnel administrative tasks, including German and English correspondence for international personnel assignments
- Creating and reviewing cost estimates and assignment documents for international transfers using internal workflow/costing tools, as well as processing international transfers in the workflow/costing tool
- Administering and maintaining the personnel information system for international transfers (worldwide)
- Complying with legal and internal regulations and implementing internal guidelines for international assignments, the banking collective agreement, and various works agreements
- Responding to inquiries from vendors and internal local and international teams regarding the supported employee population
- Processing invoices (internal and external vendors)
Your qualifications:
- Ideally, experience in handling international personnel transfers or in the HR field
- Experience in creating, reviewing, and reconciling data (e.g. costs) and documents
- Strong numerical understanding, high attention to detail, and the ability to work according to processes
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Excel)
- Very good German skills and advanced English skills
