    Description

    We are currently looking for a collaborative, analytical, and detail-oriented senior accounting professional to join our accounting team in our Milwaukee home office as an Accounting Manager.

    We truly value our people and the quality of our work environment. Analyze processes and propose improvements to maximize efficiencies, accuracy, and consistency.

    Partner with our General Managers to fully manage all budgeting, accounting, financial statements, variance, etc., Ensure compliance with GAAP, company procedures, as well as all local management agreements and leases.

    Reconcile bank and merchant accounts, balance sheets, and external reports and subledgers to the general ledger.
    Prepare client monthly management reports and internal financial statements.
    Prepare monthly sales and use tax returns.
    Participate in internal audits involving review of accounting and administrative controls.
    A bachelor's degree in accounting is required, CPA certification is preferred.
    Five or more years of experience managing accounting activities in a high volume, point of sales, geographically distributed business environment (e.g., Experience reading, understanding, and applying contracts to accounting work.
    Desire to create innovative solutions, manage projects, and design processes.
    Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to partner with our operations team.
