Job Summary: Fortress Nutrition is hiring an Account Manager to manage relationships with our top clients. This role focuses on understanding and fulfilling customer needs, building strong connections, and contributing to business growth.

Standard Hours: Monday-Friday; 8:00am-4:30pm

Please Note: This position emphasizes relationship building with clients rather than sales.

What You'll Do:

  • Acquire a deep understanding of customer needs
  • Expand relationships with current clients
  • Develop trust with key clients
  • Lead onboarding for new clients
  • Manage daily client business
  • Resolve issues promptly
  • Prepare progress reports
  • Other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1+ years of customer support experience
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Professional communication
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Desire to build relationships
  • Organizational and time management skills
