Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive day-to-day support for desktop systems and related infrastructure at our Westpark location, including hardware, software, and network components.
Facilitate the creation and management of Active Directory (AD) accounts/users and Exchange accounts/mailboxes within O365 and on-premise servers, ensuring seamless access and communication capabilities for users.
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
5-7 years of experience supporting diverse software/hardware products
Proficiency in Microsoft O365 Suite, particularly OneDrive
Expertise in rebuilding and configuring desktops and laptops.
Ability to install and manage network printers
Knowledge of network protocols and shares
Experience with VMWare virtualization technology
Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management
Competence in Outlook/Exchange for email and communication systems
Understanding of Cisco VOIP systems
Proficiency in managing Terminal Servers
Strong troubleshooting abilities
Preferable knowledge of Linux/Unix systems
Knowledge of Cisco routers and switches is advantageous
Education and/or Experience (required):
Bachelor's/Associate's degree in IT, CS, MIS, or equivalent work experience
Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to use hands to operate computer keyboard and telephone regularly.
Requires frequent sitting and reaching with hands and arms.
Occasional standing and walking may be required.
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Specific vision abilities such as close vision and ability to adjust focus are necessary for this role.
