    We are currently seeking to hire a Sales Administrative Support to join our team You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
    • Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
    • Draft correspondence and other formal documents
    • Answer inbound telephone calls
    • Greet and assist onsite guests
    • Develop and implement organized filing systems
    • Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
    • Plan and schedule appointments and events with prospective clients
    • Maintain record of client contact information
    • Perform other administrative duties as assigned
    • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products ad services
    • Perform all other office tasks

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in office administrative sales, customer service, or other related fields
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Strong organization skills
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Positive and professional demeanor
