Description

Upcoming opportunity for a Staff Accountant located in the Holmdel, NJ area. This is a long-term project that requires strong knowledge of GAAP, CPA or CPA track.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed asset, journal entries and accruals.
Prepares bank reconciliations and general ledger account reconciliations.
Present quarterly and yearly financial reports to management
Assist with annual budget recording transactions, as well as any ad-hoc projects needed.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years' experience working at the Staff Accountant level
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with automated accounting systems
Pursuing CPA or a CPA is desirable
