Job Description

The Victory group of companies is family owned with diversified interests in fragrance manufacturing/distribution, along with a commercial/residential Real Estate portfolio with a focus in Hospitality, new development, etc. Our group is looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Controller who can effectively multitask to assist the CFO on all financial aspects of all companies on a day-to-day basis. CPA certification is a plus.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Follow financial policies and procedures which are consistent with corporate policy
Responsible for managing the Companies assets, including cash, receivables, payables and inventories.
Supports the CFO in the development and implementation of financial goals
Coordinate all audits whether required by financial institutions or company
Assist on tax filings / payments to be made for all entities
Daily, weekly and monthly bank reporting, timely and accurately
Apply cash receipts
Daily Score card/ dashboard preparation
Daily sales invoice checking and send gross margin reports.
Approving purchase and expense invoice after properly verifying and checking accuracy.
Preparing monthly financial statement including TTM income statement for individual entities.
Preparing quarterly consolidated financial statements
Inventory Reconciliation Entries, Receiving Entries, Sales Order Entries, Invoicing
Process Accounts Payable
Bank Reconciliations
General Ledger Account Analysis, and Sub Account Analysis
Monthly MAS (SAGE 100) close of all companies; timely and accurately
Collections of AR accounts
Printing Checks, preparation of wires, etc.
Daily Filing, organization, office supply maintenance, etc.
All other job related to business(es)
