- Customer process evaluation - Review of customer process configurations and requirements to provide product selection alternatives, including sizing, performance, relative cost, and other applicable features such as availability, relative operating cost, maintainability, etc.
- Follow customer orders through installation and commissioning of product by working with equipment vendors, customer installation contractors, and operating/maintenance teams.
- System performance checks after installation against customer order requirements.
- Develop proposals for new ways customers can utilize products and new products that would extend the range of customer offerings.
- Provide expertise and support to sales and marketing teams to communicate products andservices.
- Assist sales team with customer presentations regarding the engineering aspects of proposals.
- Attending trade shows, interfacing with current and potential customers.

We are looking for an innovative and experienced customer facing Product Applications Engineer that will serve as a liaison in the sales process when complex and technical support or services are involved. The Product Applications Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of new and existing equipment and applications. The Product Application Engineer will also work closely with our manufacturing team to ensure that equipment is built to customer specifications.
