    We are seeking a skilled Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive the highest quality of care by effectively coordinating treatment plans and guiding them through the process.

    Schedule (days/hours)

    8-5/9-6 M-F

    Responsibilities
    • Communicate with patients regarding treatment plans, procedures, and financial obligations.
    • Schedule and coordinate appointments for various treatments, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
    • Verify insurance coverage and discuss financial options with patients.
    • Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans.
    • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care.
    • Provide excellent customer service, addressing patient concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
    Qualifications
    • Previous experience in dental administration or treatment coordination preferred.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in dental software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes.
    • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

    Compensation Range: $18 - $20/Hour
