    Position:
    Experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator

    Responsibilities
    Educate and engage with patients regarding treatment plans that have been carefully diagnosed and reviewed by our experienced doctors and clinical staff
    Present treatment plans and provide clear estimates of associated costs in an effective and informative manner
    Verify patients' insurance benefits and provide detailed breakdowns
    Maintain a comprehensive record of all pending treatment plans
    Explain, endorse, and adhere to company payment policies and procedures
    Effectively manage the submission, tracking, and follow-up of prior authorizations
    Secure high treatment plan acceptance by articulating treatment costs, insurance coverage, and financing options
    Actively seek patient referrals post-treatment while simultaneously tracking patient satisfaction levels
    Establish contact with patients a day before and on the day of their appointments, ensuring clarity on fees due and confirming appointments

    Requirements
    Minimum of 2 years of dental experience as a treatment coordinator
