    Overview:
    Aspire Dental is a leading dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional oral healthcare services to our patients.     We are seeking a skilled Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team.

    As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive the highest quality of care by effectively coordinating treatment plans and guiding them through the process.


    Schedule (days/hours):
    8-5/9-6 M-F


    Responsibilities:
    Communicate with patients regarding treatment plans, procedures, and financial obligations.
    Schedule and coordinate appointments for various treatments, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
    Verify insurance coverage and discuss financial options with patients.
    Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans.
    Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care.
    Provide excellent customer service, addressing patient concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.


    Qualifications:
    Previous experience in dental administration or treatment coordination preferred.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.
    Proficiency in dental software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes.
    Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.


    About:

    Compensation Range:
    $18 - $20/Hour
