    About the Organization

    Description

    As the Install/Service Coordinator, your responsibilities are to coordinate schedules and deadlines to field supervisors, ensure that work is completed on time and confirm the completion of projects with workers and customers

    Responsibilities:
    • Handling inbound and outbound phone calls
    • Data Entry
    • Coordinating installation & service appointments with customers and co-workers
    • Submitting permit applications
    • Registering equipment warranties
    • Post Install correction follow ups
    • Customer follow ups
    • Financing follow through
    • Scanning and uploading data
    • Rebate applications
    • Equipment ordering
    Qualifications:
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Organized
    • High level of attention to detail
    • A firm but kind demeanor
    • Quick learner
    • Self Confidence
    • Highly effective at multitasking while maintaining a fun and positive attitude
    • Outgoing and dynamic communication style
    • Enjoys a fast-paced, challenging work environment
    • Strong computer proficiency
    • Project management, scheduling or similar experience preferred
    • Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
    • Knowledge of industry is recommended but not required
