- Comfortable with client interactions and strong customer service abilities and to advocate on client's behalf.
- Support Client Managers and Business Development in the coordination of onsite meetings with staff, clients, and visitors as necessary; work to develop client meeting agendas and host clients with support; includes taking the tours with the client, providing lunch and presenting company information as needed.
- Support Business Development and Client Managers and in the creation of scope of work documents.
- Drive internal process for subject matter experts to review and refine new project bids.
- Facilitate data entry input to pertinent Client Service systems; generate necessary reports from data for tracking sales figures/goals.
- Attend meetings, take meeting notes and distribute materials to attendees as necessary (ie, Client Services internal meetings, client meetings...).
- Complete and submit various internal forms as necessary to support the Client Services team (e.g., business expense, travel expense, staff requisition, etc.).
- May be required to assist in Project Management on various projects with oversight.
- Provide recommendations on ways to improve efficiency, effectiveness and responsiveness of administrative processes.
- Use professional judgment and discretion while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Interacts with Business Development, Client Managers, Estimates, Contracts, and Study Directors to monitor and/or report project schedules.
- Possess the capacity to advocate on the clients behalf
- Manage multiple opportunities and projects simultaneously
- BA/BS specializing in business, marketing or life sciences. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted.
