- Prepare accurate & timely financial statements.
- Analyze financial statements for discrepancies & summarize financial results.
- Perform balance sheet, revenue, expense and payroll account reconciliations.
- Execute the A/P process including invoice coding, disbursements and vendor resolution.
- Review & balance all inter-company transactions.
- Oversee the payroll process.
- Coordinate & assist with the preparation of the budget & analyze monthly variances.
- Recommend ways to improve departmental efficiencies, systems and procedures.
- You hold a BS Accounting is required and 3-5+ years accounting experience, healthcare setting preferred.
- You a thorough knowledge of FASB accounting principles and procedures.
- You have experience with General Ledger functions, month-end closing and A/P and P/R processes.
- You can demonstrate proficiency with computerized GL, AR/Revenue and Payroll systems.
- You demonstrate critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- You are attentive to details/deadlines and are able to prioritize and multi-task.

About the Role
