    We're currently seeking a

    full-time Senior Accountant

    for our Corporate Office in the scenic

    South Hills area of Pittsburgh .
    About the Role

    As our Senior Accountant, you'll have the opportunity to make an impact every day through a wide range of general accounting duties.

    You'll handle accounts payable and receivable, payroll, journal entries and account reconciliations, all while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

    What You'll Do
    Prepare accurate & timely financial statements.
    Analyze financial statements for discrepancies & summarize financial results.
    Perform balance sheet, revenue, expense and payroll account reconciliations.
    Execute the A/P process including invoice coding, disbursements and vendor resolution.
    Review & balance all inter-company transactions.
    Oversee the payroll process.
    Coordinate & assist with the preparation of the budget & analyze monthly variances.
    Recommend ways to improve departmental efficiencies, systems and procedures.
    About You
    You hold a BS Accounting is required and 3-5+ years accounting experience, healthcare setting preferred.

    You a thorough knowledge of FASB accounting principles and procedures.

    You have experience with General Ledger functions, month-end closing and A/P and P/R processes.

    You can demonstrate proficiency with computerized GL, AR/Revenue and Payroll systems.

    You demonstrate critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills.

    You are attentive to details/deadlines and are able to prioritize and multi-task.

    You must have the ability to work independently, as well as, function as a team me

    Advanced knowledge of Excel including V-lookups and Pivot tables.
