- Streamline and improve sales processes, including lead generation, opportunity management, and order processing, to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making by sales leadership.
- Oversee the implementation and management of sales software, CRM systems, and other tools to enhance sales team performance.
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy and integrity of sales data, customer records, and reporting systems.
- Generate accurate sales forecasts and reports to support sales leaders in resource allocation and goal setting.
- Assist in the development and delivery of sales training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
- Intermediate level knowledge/skill using Salesforce
- 3-5 years' experience in sales, process development, technical and customer service
- High school diploma
- Majority of work is conducted in a temperature-controlled office environment and may require extended periods of sitting
- Work may include occasional lifting (up to 30 lbs.)
- May be exposed to airborne particles and chemicals used in fermentation production facilities
- Adherence to all company safety procedures and regulations to maintain a safe working environment
