Customer Success is a bit different at Atomix than traditional Customer Service roles.
Our Customers are Ecommerce Business Owners who have built innovative products in their respective industries.
Atomix powers our customers' success by handling the most difficult back-end operations of building a brand - warehousing, shipping, and order fulfillment - which is managed by our technology platform and a team of hands-on, proactive support specialists.
Company's Background:
Atomix is building the future of the eCommerce Logistics industry. Previously, eCommerce Brands had the decision between shipping orders themselves ("in-house") or utilizing a 3PL/Warehouse/Fulfillment Center ("outsource"). The process to find and work with a consistently reliable and scalable partner was broken.
Unlike any other warehouse/3PL/Fulfillment Center, Atomix provides the Micro-Pod Platform - part operations, part software, fully personalized.
We are structured with Micro-Pods within our facility (500 square foot spaces) to optimize the most inefficient part of the warehouse (long walking times) and to change the relationship between an Ecommerce Brand and our Warehouse Team.
This allows us to provide the direct visibility and insight into daily operations that our Customers require, and simultaneously provides our team with aligned interests to make them more successful.
Atomix started small with an ambitious vision to fundamentally change the logistics industry with the Micro-Pod Platform.As a small team, we operate with the singular mission of providing the most personalized and efficient customer experience for SMBs and emerging brands.
The experience starts and ends with our Warehouse Team and the Warehouse Manager is the heart, soul, and operational power of our Team.
Requirements:
- 2 years+ experience working in Customer Support
- Experience working at an Ecommerce Brand, B2B SaaS or related company is preferred but not required
- Clear and concise with electronic and verbal communication
- Eagerness to learn and a cando attitude
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to be helpful
- Strong attention to detail and collaboration skills to communicate directly with customers and our stakeholders.
- Knowledge of computer functionality, operating software systems and communication platforms
- Comfortable working in office setting with light time spent in a warehouse
