Accounts Receivable Specialist
Primary focus of this position is handling the day - to -day office operations pertaining to truck sales

  • Serve as the primary office point of contact for sales team handling truck sales
  • Facilitate the smooth execution of sale transactions by providing accurate and timely information to the sale team
  • Verify provided sales information, Bills of sales, Track payments, down payments, and all associated document retention, sales list, etc.
  • Process truck disposals in company's accounting system and all pertaining paperwork per required retention.
  • Serve as point of contact with DMV, obtain lien releases, replacement titles, etc.
  • Develops, maintains and updates filing system
  • Crosstrain and serve as backup for other members of the A/R Team
- establishes and maintains a system of financial record keeping, to include issuing receipts, preparing and making bank deposits, and recording payments

  • Answers main phone line
  • Assist Management Team with occasional project work
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Minimum 2 years A/R experience required

Some post-High School education preferred but not required
