Job DescriptionEwald & Wasserman Research Consultants (E&W) is a women-owned small business located in San Francisco that focuses on social science research studies and provides project management for academic, health care, non-profit and commercial clientele in the social science and behavioral research field, including state and federal agencies. E&W offers high quality data collection and survey consulting services using multi-mode telephone, mail, in-person and web- based survey research approaches.Ewald & Wasserman Research Consultants are looking for part-time, on call field interviewers to assist in data collection for upcoming research projects in San Francisco.
We have two projects coming up that require conducting brief surveys with people in different areas of the city. We are not selling anything but asking people for 2 minutes for their opinions on certain traffic improvements in the city. We are looking for Interviewers that speak English, Spanish, Cantonese and Russian. The hours will be flexible and there will be a sign up form for weekday and weekend shifts. There is always a paid training before any project begins. Ideally candidates live in San Francisco and have knowledge of MUNI lines.
Candidates applying should have a keen eye for detail, be very reliable, follow directions carefully, and work very well independently or in a small team. This is a great opportunity to learn about data collection and research practices. It is ideal for candidates with flexible schedules and positive, "can do" attitudes.
