    DH Pace Company, Inc. aspires to hire a Project Administrator for National Accounts Construction group in our Springfield, MO office. This individual will be working with some of the largest nationwide retailers This is a great opportunity for a detail oriented, organized, and technical individual - no office experience required, we are willing to train

    This role would be a good transition if you have experience in accounting, working with vendors, customer service, business, marketing, administration, assistant, payroll, material supply, fast-place fast food, medical billing, insurance, tax collections, construction, or previously dealt with contractors or worn different hats in a job.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Work with project managers on all aspects of projects including processing shop drawings, project correspondence and billing
    • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
    • Set up and maintain files on sold projects
    • Prepare and submit monthly progress billings for current projects
    • Process project related paperwork to include change orders and close out documents
    • Prepare project audits for management review at project completion
    • Other responsibilities as assigned

    Job Requirements:

    • Must have strong attention to detail
    • Need to be able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
    • Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills
