- Promote standardization and cost effectiveness by presenting potential PI improvements to clinical and administrative end-users
- Present analysis to administrative and clinical leadership during committee meetings
- Ensure that the Performance Improvement Process meets the needs and expectations of all stakeholders by continuously monitoring progress and supporting communication

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Quality, or equivalent experience

Job Summary and QualificationsWe are looking for skilled healthcare supply chain individuals with demonstrated ability to assess facility processes, identify gaps/areas of opportunity, provide improvement recommendations, and facilitate teams to accommodate new and improved process designs within Med/Surg and Perioperative supply areas of Mercy Health Systems.
