    Description

    Job Title: Client Relationship Consultant at U.S. Bank

    As a Client Relationship Consultant, you will:

    • Build relationships with customers through various channels
    • Assess and attend to customers' banking needs
    • Educate clients on available deposit and loan products
    • Recommend solutions tailored to each customer
    • Proactively reach out to clients to understand their financial needs
    • Provide an optimal client experience by leveraging digital products and services
    • Open new consumer and business accounts
    • Educate clients on self-service digital options

    This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration and a background check.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Three to four years of customer service experience
    • Three to four years of sales experience

    Preferred Skills/Experience:

    • Thorough knowledge of retail products and services
    • Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
    • Experience in sales campaigns and promotions
    • Strong mathematical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience in the financial services industry preferred
