Your expertise will help propel them to new heights, enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring the highest standards of excellence.

Responsibilities will include:

As a operational leader, you will manage and mentor a diverse team, collaborating with senior leadership to develop and execute growth-oriented plans.

Oversee the pre-construction phase, aligning project objectives with customer needs and leveraging relationships to optimize resource allocation.
·

Foster a collaborative, innovative environment that fuels continuous improvement.
·

Identify risks and devise mitigation strategies to deliver projects on time and within budget, while maintaining safety standards.
·

Make data-driven decisions will be crucial in driving the company's expansion.

Qualifications required:
·

Bachelor's degree (Master's a plus) in construction, engineering, or business or related
·

12+ years of construction industry experience
·

Minimum 7 years in a leadership role.
·

Proficiency in construction software and a passion for growth are essential.
