Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnerships: Develop thriving relationships with referral partners, using innovative marketing initiatives and event planning.

Customer Engagement: Assist Community Relations Director with consistent follow-up communication, building trust, and enhancing brand presence.

Database Management: Maintain a real-time database of existing and potential contacts, reflecting precise marketing activities, plans, and outcomes.

Event Coordination: Lead and support special events and presentations, showcasing our vibrant community.

Sales Support: Aid in inquiries, admissions process, referral relationships, and more, driven by a working knowledge of federal and state regulations.

Reporting Excellence: Prepare assigned reports promptly, with accuracy and insight.
Sales Assistant Job Requirements:
Your Strengths

Sales Expertise: Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales and occupancy goals, ideally in senior living environments like assisted living or memory care.

Education: A high school diploma or continuing education in business administration, marketing and communications.
