    Description

    Seeking a highly organized and versatile individual to join our client as an Office Manager/Executive Assistant on a temporary basis.

    This role presents an exciting opportunity to support a team and contribute to their mission during a critical period. This is a temporary position for 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance.


    Office Management:
    Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed.
    Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.


    Executive Support:
    Provide administrative support to executives, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
    Assist with preparing documents, presentations, and reports.
    Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries on behalf of executives.


    General Administrative Tasks:
    Assist with data entry, filing, and document management.
    Help with special projects and tasks as assigned.

    Previous experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
