Shijie Fu

I am a graduate student at Northeastern University majored in Sports Leadership. I love to learn anything out of my knowledge and absorb new things effectively. I’m a licensed sport agent and a huge fan of soccer. Hopefully one day I can be a soccer agent.

Inner Mongolia Caoshangfei FC—Office assistant—internship from January 2023 to June 2023. 
- Used principles/rules of the club to oversee players' contracts, establish the period of the contract, assign a budgeted salary, and insurance, outline player responsibilities, educate athletes on punishment if the contract is violated, and stamp finalized documentation.

- Led the setup for an amateur league tournament to serve the community with an opportunity to play in a semi-professional league, while also showing appreciation to fans.

- Determine ticket pricing for the professional Inner Mongolia Caoshangfei Soccer Club 2023 Chinese Football Association (CFA) Cup, selling out the stadium. Communicate with CFA leaders about our working details, make sure they do not worry about any expected accidents.

Inner Mongolia Caoshangfei FC—Assistant Coach and translator—internship from June 2021 to August 2021.

- Managed the tactics of the team based on the foreign coach's soccer philosophy
- Released the official publicity information for all new players
- Assisted foreign coach with managing team and translated for Chinese-speaking players
- Responsible for translating the coach's contract from Chinese into English

I went to Springfield College for undergraduate education from September 2019 to May 2023. Majored in Sport Management and my GPA is 3.66.

And now I’m a graduate student at Northeastern University majoring in Sports Leadership.
