We have an opportunity for a civil engineer to join our land development team in our Lehigh Valley office. Our civil engineers work on various project types, including commercial & industrial land developments; institutional land developments (i.e., schools); residential subdivisions.
Because our employees are usually involved in several projects at one time, involving numerous team members (such as project manager, engineer, and CADD technician/designer), exceptional communications skills and the ability to work well with others is essential.
This is a wonderful opportunity for mid-level engineers to continue growing with us
Working with project managers, engineers, and technicians to complete the following tasks for specific projects:
•Storm water management design;
•Site design;
•Site utility design;
•Land development plan preparation;
•PennDOT/DEP permitting;
•Erosion and sediment control plan;
•Site grading;
•Preparing project proposals, contracts, and reports;
•Attend municipal and client meetings;
•Client and project management.
