Our client is an independent, globally leading company in the field of manufacturing coating and sealing systems for structural fire protection.

With decades of experience in fire protection coatings, it impresses with a consistently high quality standard and excellent processing properties of its products.

Due to strategic growth, we are currently looking for a BIM Manager (m/f/d) in Hamburg.

Your responsibilities:
You will shape the BIM strategy and develop the business area within the company
You will analyze and monitor BIM processes
You will contribute to the development of BIM standards
You will evaluate market requirements and further develop software solutions
You will create and maintain BIM families for our product systems
You will model BIM for complex national and international construction projects, especially in the field of fire protection, and support planners and architects in their use

Your profile:
You have knowledge in the field of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Informatics or a similar qualification
You have experience in analyzing and monitoring BIM processes and in developing standards
You are proficient in industry-standard software such as Revit and AutoCAD and ideally have experience with other BIM applications such as Allplan, Tekla or ArchiCAD
You are motivated and committed to implementing and successfully using BIM

Interdisciplinary thinking:
You are open to new technologies and tools and able to think interdisciplinary
You are a team player with excellent communication skills and have good German and English language skills
