    Job Description

    Redondo Beach, CA Range $60,000-$79,000

    For over 40 years our organization has been serving the aerospace and medical industry in the design and production of Power and testing equipment. As an Inventory Production Lead, you will supply and lead the team of electrical technicians on great projects. You will be responsible for keeping the flow of production with a strong inventory control and tracking system as well as creating target goals and achieving customer shipment deadlines.

    Responsibilities:
    • Management of inventory tracking system (ERP - NetSuite) to record deliveries, shipments, and stock levels.
    • Analyze daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory shortages.
    • Responsible for inventory control duties; Packaging, Shipping, and receiving of in-process, purchased, and finished goods.
      Parts and Kit release per project to the production floor.
    • Evaluation of processes to improve inventory control procedures. Create inventory reports for the leadership team.
    • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
    • Develop and implement production schedules and workflows of the production team.
    • Ensure that production processes are carried out following established safety and quality standards.
    • Use of equipment and processes training
    • Other tasks as assigned.
    Qualifications
    • High School Diploma
    • 3+ years' experience in direct electronic production inventory
    • US Citizen Status is required.
    • Aerospace or similar production industry experience
    • ERP NetSuite or similar ERP Systems
    • Strong inventory count and system entry experience
    • Microsoft Office Suite
