Description

The employee will be working as a
Lead for a canvas printing company located in the city of Anaheim. This position requires employee to review production demands and assign tasks to Team members accordingly, monitor stock levels, etc.

Schedule:

Monday Friday (6:45am 3:30pm)
OT as needed
Weekly Pay

Duties:

Review production demands and assign tasks to Team members accordingly.
Monitor production progress and make necessary changes to maintain efficiency and meet production demands.
Oversee training of new employees.
Monitor performance of employees and provide coaching and instruction as needed.
Report daily metrics.
Ensure all Team members abide by all company policies and procedures.
Perform and/or oversee maintenance tasks of machinery.
Monitor stock levels of buildtostock frames to ensure adequate stocking levels.
Employee
must have prior Lead experience
