Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Lead to join our team.

As a Production Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely completion of projects.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills and technical expertise.


Responsibilities:


  • Must be open for 1st and 2nd shift
  • Must have food
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers
  • Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met
  • Train new employees on production procedures and safety protocols
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, to move materials and products
  • Use power tools to assemble and fabricate components
  • Inspect finished products for quality assurance
  • Troubleshoot issues that arise during the production process
  • Maintain accurate records of production data and inventory levels
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize production workflow
