    Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Architect - Tech CoE who will be responsible for Design and lead QA transformation initiatives at enterprise level and involved in Technical Solutioning.

    Ready to be a change-maker and challenge the way they work today will lead the way tomorrow Ability to work independently and remotely, with willingness travel for client engagements as needed.

    Responsibilities:

    · Perform E2E technology architect for QA projects and Lead and own, the QEA end to end, technical aspects of the bid and aligns with other Practices to ensure seamless interlock.

    · Design and lead QA transformation initiatives at enterprise level

    · Create automation and overall technical solution for client requirements

    · Lead technology / automation team as well as research in new area like Cloud and AI

    · Lead solution design in proactive customer engagements and participate in client presentations.

    · Build capability for newer offering in QA technology space.

    · Provide thought leadership through innovation and whitepaper.

    · Participate in solution defense presentations and required customer briefings.

    · Help on innovative governance and operating model.

    Required Skills/Qualifications:

    · 14+ years of overall experience in Quality Engineering and Assurance working in the Consulting environment with providing technical solution design to leadership.

    · Experience in business development, successfully selling, solutions scoping and shaping through to delivery and ongoing operations.

    · Experience in Automation (selenium/restassured) + continuous testing (Devops/transformation)

    · Exposure to multiple technology track like Test data management, Automation testing, Service Virtualization, AI for QA and cloud

    · Extensive experience to QA automation to various tools like Selenium, Tosca, Rest Assured, etc

    · Experience in Devops / continuous testing using tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps

    · Hands-on experience in preparing commercials associated with solution, E2E QA lifecycle with test data and automation environment.

    · Experience in Agile (BDD / TDD) concept

    · Bachelor or Engineering / Technology / Master of Computer Application or equivalent

    · Good analytical thinking and client communication skill

    Preferred Skills/Qualification:

    · Good hold on programming language like Python or Java

    · Exposure to microservices and various DB technology (SQL, NoSQL)

    · Exposure to cutting edge technology like Artificial Intelligence, Cloud or IoT

    Salary and Other Compensation:

    The annual salary for this position is between $145,000 to $165,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

    This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
