    ***Heres what a typical day may look like:***

    From the moment you login, youll be focused on proactively resolving our members and/or providers questions and concerns using computer based resources to find answers.

    You will guide members and providers with their healthcare needs by explaining benefits, solving claim concerns, helping find a doctor via telephone calls, online chats or e-mails.

    You will partner internally to create a seamless experience for our customers and resolve potential issues.

    ***Customer Care Representative II duties may also include:***

    Receives and places follow-up telephone calls / e-mails to answer customer questions.

    May require deviation from standard practices and procedures with the assistance of a computerized system.

    Seeks, understands and responds to the needs and expectations of internal and external customers.

    **Qualifications**

    ***This position can be filled at Customer Care Representative I or Customer Care Representative II level. The hiring manager will determine the level, based on the candidates experience and background.***

    **Minimum Requirements:**

    High school diploma and 1 year of experience with strong oral communication skills or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

    Ability to work from home with internet access and a quiet and private workspace

    Ability to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 8 AM and 8 PM, PST.

    **Customer Care Representative II also requires:**

    A minimum of 1 year of the company's experience in an automated customer service environment; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

    **Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:**

    A passion for serving others with the ability to be empathetic and the desire to go above and beyond to help resolve members questions at the first point of contact.

    A customer advocate willing to listen and find creative solutions to address and resolve customers questions, issues or concerns.

    A composed individual able to multi-task, navigating multiple computer applications and working efficiently while communicating and serving the customer.

    Must have a strong work ethic and sense of responsibility to your teammates and our members, demonstrated by the simplest things like being on time and available to meet members needs, to being accountable for commitments made to customers or others and ensuring follow-ups are completed.

    Flexible and quick learner, willing to adapt to changing customer and business needs.

    We have exciting new opportunities to join our team as Disability Support Worker, providing support in-home for clients/participants living with Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar and other health issues. We are seeking individuals that are enthusiastic, caring, compassionate, respectful and can complete personal care as well as domestic duties.

    The role will initially be offered on a casual basis, however, based on performance the opportunity for Permanent Part-Time may become available.

    **Qualifications**

    Have Individual Support (Disability) Certificate III or higher.

    Have experience working with people with disability who have high support needs particularly in **mental health issues.**

    Previous skills and qualification in **medication assist or administration (HLTHPS006 'Assist Clients with Medication')**

    Demonstrate an understanding of incident reporting, quality documentation, complaints handling, and complex behaviour strategic support.

    Good roster availability.

    Demonstrate a positive attitude.

    Own vehicle with comprehensive insurance and willingness to use for work purposes.

    Current CPR & First Aid Certificate.

    Current Open Drivers Licence.

    Current Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check Card.

    Full COVID 19 vaccine (Digital COVID Vaccine Certificate)
