The Clinical Lead role at Carondelet involves assisting the nurse manager/director in coordinating, directing, and evaluating patient care, unit activities, and staff performance on a shift. This role requires a deep understanding of the nursing process and maintaining professional standards of nursing practice.

Requirements:
Education: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred
Licensure: Valid current Arizona Nursing License
Certificates: Certification in area of clinical specialty within 3 years
Experience: Minimum 1 year of clinical experience, ICU experience preferred
Skills: Proficiency in patient care equipment, communication tools, and adaptable to healthcare technology changes
Knowledge: Understanding of Nurse Practice Act
Technology: Basic computer skills; ability to work variable shifts
