    The Student Assistant will provide a wide range of administrative support for International Special Programs including organization and review of program documents, database/records management, educational media requests, and faculty support.

    S/he will also be required to assist with various department projects as assigned.


    • Assists team with clerical tasks in relation to program preparation, management and execution including assembling documents using mail merge, photocopies and data entry
    • Manage department email inbox
    • Assist administrators with inquiry and enrollment databases
    • Capture student life through photos and videos at department events
    • Assist with management of marketing campaigns and social media
    • Assist preparing for events and participating in ISP Orientation, Farewell, and Certificate Ceremonies as an ambassador for Pace University
    • Manage distribution and reporting of course evaluations through Qualtrics
    • Lead student excursions such as guided walking tours, museum trips etc...
    • Perform other such duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time
    • Must work at the NYC campus part-time until May and full-time during June, July and August
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
    • Exceptional attention to detail required
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet manner
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Office experience a plus
    • Strong customer service and organizational skills
    • Experience as a group leader a plus
    • Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to multitask a must
