Responsibilities

AscensionSaint Thomas is looking for Full-Time Night Shift Cardiac Nocturnist APP to join our team at Ascension Saint Thomas West Hospital in Nashville, TN.

Position Highlights:

Working with a Nocturnist physician caring for Cardiac Patients at Ascension Saint Thomas West
Excellent pay and full time benefits
Rounding, Admitting of Cardiac Patients to the service
Experience as a Hospitalist APP required
Acute Care Experience preferred

With 541 licensed beds, this hospital provides adult specialty care to the more than two million residents of Middle Tennessee, Southwestern Kentucky and Northern Alabama.

Saint Thomas and the University of Tennessee Health Science Center (UTHSC) have an established partnership in Middle Tennessee for training medical residents in a variety of specialties including internal medicine, family medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, and general surgery.

Requirements

Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Required Credential(s):
BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home statelicense for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:
Master's degree of Nursing required.
