    Executive Director Position at The Center at Rock Creek

    The Center at Rock Creek in FORT COLLINS, CO is seeking an Executive Director to join their team. This position offers significant bonus potential based on successful performance.

    • Job Description:
    • The primary responsibility of the Executive Director is to oversee all administrative, clinical, and financial operations to ensure the well-being of each patient in compliance with federal, state, and local standards.
    • Job Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Plan and execute operations to maintain the highest standards of care and service quality.
    • Manage fiscal planning, budgeting, and problem-solving related to finance and quality control.
    • Ensure successful completion of all state and regulatory inspections.
    • Ensure adequate staffing to meet patient care needs and retain quality employees.
    • Conduct routine facility inspections to enforce established policies and procedures.
    • Assist department heads in developing and implementing departmental policies and professional standards.
    • Demonstrate leadership in decision-making and conflict resolution, emphasizing employee, patient, and visitor satisfaction.
    • Interpret and review facility policies and procedures to ensure compliance with changing regulations.
    • Show strong work ethic, effective people management, and ability to perform well under pressure.
    • Requirements:
    • Must hold a valid Nursing Home Administrator license.
    • Must be eligible for and maintain a Colorado license.
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership role in a skilled nursing facility with a proven track record of positive survey outcomes.
    • Self-motivated with excellent follow-through and ability to handle multiple tasks calmly.
    • Capable of maintaining confidentiality and fostering positivity and high morale.
