    Job Summary

    The Rootist is looking for an enthusiastic, relationship-savvy, and self-motivated Sales and Education Manager. This role will be responsible for educating beauty advisors and executing sales goals within their assigned territory.

    The individual with be responsible for maintaining a field visit calendar and key retailer relationships on behalf of The Rootist.

    In addition, this individual will exemplify and champion The Rootist innovation and brands values serving as a compelling advocate for our in-store presence and uphold the highest standards for client experience.

    This position will have a significant impact on our retail sales performance and brand awareness throughout the industry.

    Responsibilities

    Build, establish and nurture strong relationships with retailer to successfully build and grow brand awareness and product sales.


    Achieve assigned sales targets while constantly analyzing sales reports and working with leadership to revise sales & education strategies based on key learnings in territory.

    Master knowledge of The Rootist brand, products, beliefs and confidently convey this information to consumers and beauty advisors.

    Ability to create an inspiring and positive learning environment for all types of learners.


    Create and manage field visit and events calendar and booking for assigned territory to deliver target number of doors and visits.

    Recommend social content ideas and film occasional educational content to be used on various social media platforms.

    Maintain a record of all store visits and events while providing consistent and targeted feedback to leadership.

    Lead and develop a strong results-driven freelance team as needed.

    Uphold the visual standards of The Rootist retail area.

    Whether you are talking about a brand, product, or selling a strategic initiative, you can weave together a cohesive and clear story that your audience understands.

    You thrive in a fast-paced environment in a dynamic role that can make a big impact on both people and the planet.

    Requirements

    3-5 years of beauty industry sales experience, with experience at Sephora a bonus.

    Strong communication and presentation skills.

    Proven history of reaching and exceeding sales targets.

    Ability to accommodate up to 75% travel.

    Have a valid driver's license and be able to easily commute within assigned territory and willing to travel out of area by plane for events and meetings as needed.

    Salary range for this role is $75-82k USD. Compensation subject to experience.
