Job DescriptionHuman Resources Coordinator
LHH Recruitment Solutions is excited to be partnering with a manufacturing company in Hillsboro, OR for an HR Generalist role. You will play a key role in the daily operations of the HR department, contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. This position requires a proactive individual with an understanding of HR functions and best practices.

Position Title: Human Resources Generalist

Reports to: HR Director

Responsibilities:

Conducting initial phone interviews, onboarding candidates, entering HR/employee data, other ad-hoc HR support duties as needed from the HRBP and the Director of HR
Recruitment and onboarding: Collaborate with the Director of HR to identify staffing needs, conduct initial interviews, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
Support duties as needed from the HRBP and the Director of HR
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, such as time to hire and employee turnover rates.
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven 1+ year of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
Eager, willingness to learn and grit
Excellent communication and people skills.
Aptitude in problem-solving.
Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.

Hours/Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm (this is a strict schedule)
Pay Details: hourly role, eligible for overtime; $22-$26 per hour

This posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients. Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the salary range is estimated to be $22-$26 per hour and benefits may include 3 weeks of PTO, and medical, dental, and vision.
