    Job DescriptionPosition: Human Resources Coordinator
    Location: Hybrid based in Portland, OR
    Duration: Direct Hire
    Pay Range: $55K-$60K DOE
    Job Type: Monday through Friday, full time (flexible hours)

Our client is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join their team, and their goal is to teach you everything you need to know to allow growth and learning opportunities within the organization.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with recruitment and interview processes including scheduling interviews and initial screenings.
    • Support employee onboarding and new hire trainings.
    • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
    • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
    • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
    • Maintain employee files and records.
    • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.
    • Assist with the creation of and maintenance of an employee total rewards program.

    Qualifications:

    • 1 or more years of experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources position.
    • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    • Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
    • Good organizational and time management skills.
    • Passion for the outdoors, environment and Portland community is a HUGE plus
