    Sales Consultant

    Description

    EMPLOVA specializes in customized, full-service HR solutions for small and medium-sized companies in the Financial Services, Venture Capital, Private Equity, Technology and Non-Profit industries through a PEO (Professional Employer Organization) or ASO (Administrative Services Organization) Model.

    As a Sales Consultant at EMPLOVA you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth with the opportunity to own the entire sales process from start to finish. This is an exciting position that has unlimited earning potential for a go-getter with strong determination and a willingness to continually learn, adapt and develop over time.

    Responsibilities

    • Drive business growth through effective prospecting and selling
    • Persistently pursue new client opportunities through multiple channels
    • Develop and maintain a network of relationships that will drive sales activity
    • Gain a deep understanding of EMPLOVA's product offering and target market
    • Prepare proposals and work through underwriting process
    • Track and manage pipeline activity through HubSpot
    • Maintain a high level of professionalism while engaging with potential clients

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Minimum 1-3 years of consultative sales experience
    • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Strong communication and customer service skills
    • Strong financial and analytical skills
