We are currently seeking a Sales Consultant (m/f) for our client in the telecommunications industry at their location in Munich Trudering-Riem, through temporary employment.

What we offer you:

Transparent pay is important to us and is based on the BAP/DGB collective agreement. The starting salary is 2700€ gross per month. In addition, you will be part of a bonus program.

Your responsibilities as a Sales Consultant:

You will advise customers in the shop on all matters related to internet, landline, and mobile products
You will handle complaints and assist with problemsolving
You will conduct indepth sales conversations about individual products and services, and help customers find the right products for their needs
You will process customer orders and handle data maintenance
You will participate in productspecific sales promotion measures and campaigns

What we are looking for:

You have completed a vocational training in retail or a similar qualification
You have gained initial work experience in sales
You enjoy direct customer contact and are willing to work according to the usual opening hours and customer traffic. Goal orientation and commitment complete your profile.
