We,
Swiss Prestige Uhren Handel GmbH, are the successful and leading German subsidiary of the largest European and worldwide provider of branded watches, the Swatch Group.


Starting in February 2024, we are looking for a
Sales Advisor (all genders) in full-time or part-time for our brands
Flik Flak, Swatch, Tissot, Balmain, Certina, Hamilton, Mido, Rado, Union Glashütte and Longines at our
new Hour Passion Boutiques in
Ingolstadt.


Your Responsibilities:


  • You will provide expert advice to our national and international customers when purchasing our exclusive watch and jewelry collections
  • You will be responsible for the professional presentation of merchandise in the store and in the shop windows, following decoration guidelines
  • You will take care of customer service and handle complaints correctly
  • You will be responsible for the management and control of the cash system, as well as administrative tasks
  • You will perform various service tasks in the boutique

What Sets You Apart:


  • You have previous work experience in retail or a similar field, ideally in the watch/jewelry, cosmetics, fashion, or highend lifestyle products industry
  • You enjoy working in a dedicated team and show enthusiasm for our brands
  • You are flexible, committed, and have a strong customer service orientation
  • You have fluent German and English skills, additional language skills are an
